All refund requests must be received (not just postmarked) no later than the day prior to season's or program's first scheduled game or event.
Requests received before the day of the season's or program's first scheduled game or event will receive a full refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership fee and TUSTIN AYSO’s published administrative processing fee. EXTRA Program fee is only refundable if the request is made before July 15. All requests made after July 15 will not refund the Extra Program fee. No refunds are available for the All Star Program fee

All refunds will be made via check. Please allow 4-6 weeks. If you have not received an approved refund within 6 weeks, please email our Treasurer about the status of the refund.
