All refund requests must be received (not just postmarked) no later than the day prior to season's or program's first scheduled game or event.
Requests received before the day of the season's or program's first scheduled game or event will receive a full refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership fee and TUSTIN AYSO’s published administrative processing fee. Fall EXTRA Program fees are only refundable if the request is made before July 15. Spring EXTRA Program Fees are only refundable if the request is made before January 15. All requests made after July 15 for Fall EXTRA or January 15 for Spring EXTRA will not be refunded the Extra Program fee. For all requests made after June 1 for FALL EXTRA, a uniform charge of $80 will be deducted from the refund. No refunds are available for the All Star Program fee.
