Welcome Team Parents!
Hopefully you have signed up to be the team parent for your child's team. This is a fun job and I will walk you through it. Mark your calendars for a most important Team Parent Meeting set for Monday, August 30th. I will give you a binder with all the information you need to know to do this job successfully and to have a great season. I will also be in touch with you throughout the season via email.
If you have volunteered to be the Team Parent for your child's team and are unable to attend the meeting on the 30th, please have someone else go in your place as uniforms for your team and many other important items will be given out that night and you want to start your season off right!

& UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION NIGHT

Divisions U5 – U8
5:30 p.m. paperwork/check-in
6:00 p.m. – Meeting begins
Divisions U10 – 19
6:30 p.m. paperwork/check-in
7:00 p.m. Meeting begins
Team Parents MUST bring volunteer forms and a copy of the Driver's License for the Head Coach,
Asst. Coach and Team Parent positions. If not, uniforms will not be given.
If your coach or asst. coach says they have already submitted their forms,
please check the Volunteer Forms Received listing to confirm
that we have your volunteer form for 2010.
If you believe the list is in error,
have them check with the CVPA at cvpa@tustinayso.org to ensure that we have their info on file.
If their forms have not been turned in,
they will need to go to eayso.org and print two copies and sign and you will bring those forms along with yours.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
