Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY AYSO REGION 96

To apply for a refund, you must send a written request, stating your reason for the refund, to the
Regional Commissioner,
AYSO Region 96,
P.O. Box 217
Tustin, CA 92781.
Refund requests must be made by no later than the 4th scheduled game of each season and if granted, the refund will be adjusted depending on when the player withdraws from the league:
1. Prior to the first game, full fee paid is refundable less a $25 processing fee per player.
2. After the first game but prior to the fourth scheduled game, 50% of the fee paid is refundable.
3. After the fourth scheduled game, no part of the fee paid is refundable.
All refunds that are approved will be paid at the end of the summer or fall season, whichever is appropriate.
