PARENTS / FAMILIES:
AYSO is a Cooperative organization. Fees cover operating costs, uniforms, equipment, and maintenance costs ONLY. All regional personnel, including coaches, referees, team moms, and field maintenance people are 100% volunteers. There are ZERO paid employees. Please understand that if you, as a parent, want your child to play soccer, then you are obligated to help the region function. Most positions do not require much time and ALL teams are required to provide 2 certified referees (region provides training for certification and uniform - no experience needed - see referee page)
