Continuing Registration Summer Season 2010 STARTING May 15th, 2010 at 4:00pm
Parents will need to:
1. Logon to eAYSO.org complete the player application, print out 3 copies
2. Complete the Region 96 How Can I Help Form - THIS IS REQUIRED click here for form
3. Include payment for Summer Season, make check out to AYSO Region 96 - $95 per player.
4. Mail all of these items to:

(NOTE: SPECIAL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS.)

Every new player in Tustin, Region 96 (playing U8 and above), and all players who have either not participated within the last 12 months or do not have a current rating, must attend a make-up ratings session before being placed on a team.
