To apply for a refund you must send a written request stating your reason for the refund.

Refund requests must be made by no later than the first scheduled game of each season and must include the following information:
1. Player's name and address as appeared on the player's registration form
2. Name and address of the person requesting the refund.
Prior to the first game, then the full fee paid is refundable less a $30 processing fee per player. After the first scheduled game, no part of the fee paid is refundable. All refunds that are approved will be paid no later than the end of the Summer or Fall season, whichever is appropriate.
