Picture Day & Tom Scaglione Kick-a-thon

Picture times are available on the Team Parent Picture Day information page. Be sure each player has a picture envelope filled out.

Time: Right after your team picture
Location: Columbus Tustin Middle School

AYSO Region 96 Tustin Kick-A-Thon is the only fundraising project other than sponsorships.

Some of the ways our organization uses the monies received from this fundraiser include: scholarships, field maintenance, goals, player uniforms, referee uniforms, coaches training, referee training, equipment and more!

We need YOU to help make this once-a-year event a success.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Ask as many people as you can to sponsor you by making a flat donation.
2. Ask your sponsor to provide cash, write a check or use their credit card.
3. Make the checks out to AYSO Region 96.
4. Please put the check or cash into this envelope.
5. A credit card information slip is included in the envelope to protect privacy.
6. Your Donation Envelope needs to be turned in right before you begin participation in the Kick-A-Thon.

Prizes

Prizes levels be based on the amount collected and will be distributed through your Team Mom on Distribution Day, October 29th.

PLEASE NOTE: You must participate in the Kick-A-Thon fundraiser (turn in a pledge envelope with donation) of ten dollars ($10.00) minimum to be eligible for trophy awards. You must include $25.00 minimum to receive a prize.
